
Penerapan governance IT yang efektif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi sering kali menjadi tantangan besar, terutama dalam menyusun dan mengimplementasikan sistem governance yang tepat. Banyak organisasi mengalami kesulitan dalam merancang dan menyesuaikan sistem governance yang sesuai dengan tujuan strategis mereka, serta dalam memilih dan mengelola faktor desain yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi sistem. Course COBIT Design & Implementation Exam Guide ini dirancang untuk membekali peserta dengan pemahaman mendalam tentang COBIT 2019 dan penerapannya dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem governance yang tailored sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi. Course ini mencakup materi tentang arsitektur COBIT, komponen sistem governance, serta faktor desain yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam menyusun strategi governance. Peserta juga akan mempelajari penentuan tujuan governance, cara memilih dan menyesuaikan komponen governance, serta bagaimana mengelola dan mengoptimalkan governance untuk TI.
